Who Wins This Weekend? Check Out Our Top NFL Week 11 Picks

Gamblers are a superstitious bunch.

Whether it’s a lucky jersey, favorable routine or just a penchant for the right position on the couch, for gamblers, it’s all about superstition.

That’s why this week, coming off a 9-5 showing in the first edition of this picks article on BigOnSports, I will be observing a number of timeless superstitions I’ve adopted over the years for NFL betting.

Of course, most of them don’t work. But you never know which ones the gambling gods are going to smile down on any given Sunday, so you might as well put them all into practice.

How Did We Do Last Week?

If you followed my NFL picks last week, do your due diligence and don’t let a superstition go unturned. My favorite play last week was Washington -3 and it cashed with a mild bit of ease. I’ll put a star next to my top pick this week so you know who to throw the bank at.

Without further adieu, here are my fearless against the spread and over/under NFL picks for Week 11. Here’s hoping for another winning week, but don’t count on it from this square.

Last Week: 9-5

Season: 9-5

NFL Week 11 Picks:

Saints at Panthers (-4, 53.5)

My pick: Both teams are hard to get a good beat on. One thing is for certain, the defenses don’t stand a chance in this one. They’ll put up 70 combined, so take the OVER.

Titans at Colts (-3, 53.5)

My pick: It just feels like the Colts are a bit of smoke and mirrors. They are coming off the bye, but I’m taking the points with the hotter team in a huge divisional matchup.

Jaguars at Lions (-7, 47)

My pick: I don’t know how Gus Bradley still has a job. Oh yeah, it’s because Shahid Khan doesn’t even know he owns a football team. Lay the points with the lovable Lions.

Buccaneers at Chiefs (-7.5, 44.5)

My pick: Are the Chiefs capable of blowing anybody out? Maybe not, but their defense is damn good. Go with the UNDER here.

Bears at Giants (-7, 45.5)

My pick: No team is bad as its worst loss. That’s why we are taking the Bears here in a make-or-break career game for Jay Cutler.

Cardinals at Vikings (PK, 41)

My pick: Minnesota’s defense is getting a bit healthier and Carson Palmer remains stuck in quicksand. The Vikes get back on track with a big “W” at home.

Bills at Bengals (-3, 47)

My pick: The football betting oddsmakers did a great job with this line because I can’t figure out which side to play. Let’s flip a coin…take the UNDER.

Ravens at Cowboys (-7.5, 43.5)

My pick: The Cowboys have to lose at some point, right? Or at least not cover the spread. Baltimore has a salty defense and I think they’ll limit what Dallas does offensively. Take the +7.5.

Steelers (-10, 49.5) at Browns

My pick: Browns didn’t do us any favors last week, but this is the week they win it all. Wait, what am I saying…fade this team until further notice. Steelers -10 please.

Dolphins at Rams (-1, 41)

My pick: No. 1 overall pick Jared Goff makes his NFL debut against a decent Miami defense. But the buzz (and the league) allow him to get this victory, however, UNDER is the safer play.

Patriots at 49ers (-13.5, 51.5)

My pick: Poor, poor 49ers. The Pats lost last week and they aren’t happy about it. Poor, poor Chip Kelly. Give the points with the Pats.

Eagles at Seahawks (-6, 46)

My pick: Another good line by the boys out in Vegas (or Costa Rica). Going to have to roll with another total and take the UNDER.

Packers at Redskins (-2, 51)

My pick: I am tempted to go back to the well with Washington, but you have to think Green Bay will get things together eventually. Meh, let’s take the OVER.

Texans at Raiders (-5.5, 46.5)

My pick: Brock Osweiler is a bad, bad quarterback. Derek Carr is worlds better, and the Black Hole will be bouncing Monday night with the division lead on the line. Take Da Raiders!
